Important Packet Pick Up Information

Packets will be available for pick up at the Health & Fitness Expo held at the

Ardmore Convention Center

What to Bring to Packet Pick Up

To pick up your packet, please bring the following:

1. a printed copy of your registration confirmation email and
2. your photo ID.

YES, it is okay to pick up the packet of a friend. To do so, please bring the following:

1. a printed copy of your friend's registration confirmation email with their signature and written permission allowing you to pick up their packet,
2. a phone number where your friend may be reached in case of questions during the packet pick up process and
3. your photo ID (for our records as to who picked up the packet).
