Cancer care services have been at the top of discussions at Mercy Memorial Health Center since 2007. It is the desire of Mercy Memorial to provide exceptional Mercy Service by means of a comprehensive, seamless service for all cancer patients. The equipment in the new cancer center will provide state of the art technology along with the delivery of other associated cancer services such as social services, nutrition counseling, pastoral care and comprehensive patient information. Mercy Memorial Health Center would provide care and services that would give the cancer center patients the dignity and pride they deserve without having to travel away from home.

The A2A Race for Mercy has pledged to support Mercy Memorial's work at the new cancer center by contributing 100% of all funds raised from sponsors or individual donations. All race expenses are paid by runners' entry fees meaning every single dollar contributed stays to fight cancer in our home town!
